Favorite Natty's beer: Guilford Golden Ale - "you should judge a brewer by his most simple beer style as these are the hardest to do well"

Scott's brewing experience goes back to 1987 in Winter Park, Florida and includes stops at the World Brewing Academy in Chicago and Doemens Academy inMunich, Germany where he earned his brewing diploma in 2003, before landing in Colorado at Left Hand Brewing Co. Scott came to Natty's in August 2004when we opened our first pub opened in Greensboro; thus, he's the creator and originator of the majority of styles in the market today.

Favorite Natty's beer: Cannonball Double IPA - "love the hop bomb!"

Mike Rollinson

Head Brewer

Natty Greene's Pub & Brewing Co. - Greensboro

Uncle Mike grew up in Greensboro and as a native North Carolinian would much rather be outdoors mountain biking, hiking or kayaking ... unless, of course, he's at the brewhouse making award-winning Pubcraft.  After owning a landscape company for ten years, he came to Natty's in September 2006 and learned to brew entirely on the job. Now, as the Head Brewer (and only brewer, for that matter) at the Greensboro pub, he's developed customer favorites like Revolution American Pale Ale, Full Moon American Strong Pale Ale and Old Fort CDA (Cascadian Dark Ale).

Favorite Natty's beer: Full Moon American Strong Pale Ale - "love the Simcoe hops and think it's the perfect session beer"

Michael Morris

Head Brewer

Natty Greene's Pub & Brewing Co. - Raleigh

When were gearing up for the opening of our Pub & Brewing Co. location indowntown Raleigh (March 2010), Mike came on as its first and only Head Brewer, but it wasn't the first time he'd brewed in the building. In the mid-90s, he started his brewing career as an assistant for the Southend Brewery operation that was house in the circa 1908 former Raleigh Electric Powerhouse. With eight more years of brewing experience in Washington DC & Baltimore (Capitol City Brewing Co.) and Raleigh (Big Boss Brewing Co.), Mike now enjoys coming up with new and popular styles to being poured at Natty Greene's Raleigh pub.

Favorite Natty's beer: Freedom American IPA -  "enjoy all of the beers I brew, but I always come back to the AIPA"
